Mango: This one is a must since we’re making peach mango salsa, but be sure to use ripe mango so it’s not too hard. Feel free to add more or less, or leave it out, to your taste. Tomatoes: I used Roma tomatoes but use any fresh tomatoes you have on hand! Cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes work well too! Just dab them with a paper towel after chopping to dry off some of the juices.Ĭilantro: This is a polarizing flavor, but I love the flavor that fresh cilantro adds to any salsa. I do think the lime zest adds some extra zest, but you could leave it out or swap in lemon zest! Lime Juice: If you don’t have a fresh lime, you can use bottled lime juice in a pinch. Both taste amazing, just personal preference! Pureed Salsa: Feel free to pulse this salsa in a food processor or blender for a few seconds to make a pureed salsa with a smoother texture rather than a chunky salsa. Sweet & Savory: I often like to add a drizzle of honey (or hot honey!) to this salsa, it enhances the flavors and gives it a little extra something!īell Peppers: Feel free to substitute the red and orange bell peppers for any color bell pepper including yellow bell pepper or green.Ĭhunky Salsa vs. You could also use habanero peppers for an extra spicy peach mango salsa.
